🍝 Homestead Chicken Alfredo
📝 Ingredients:
- 2–3 chicken breasts (baked and sliced)
- Olive oil, garlic salt, and pepper (for seasoning)
- 8 oz fettuccine or spaghetti noodles
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1.5 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional)

Bake the chicken:
Season your chicken with garlic salt, pepper, and olive oil. Bake at 400°F for 25–30 minutes until juicy and golden. Let rest, then slice thin. -
Cook your noodles:
Boil pasta according to package directions. Drain, toss with a pat of butter + sprinkle of parmesan to keep them silky. -
Make the Alfredo sauce:
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté 1 minute.
